Cornerstone Youth Mexico- Day 5

Buenos Dias!

Today was very similar to yesterday's activities with the painting, and the VBS.

We started the day with some painting at the church in San Guaymas, a neighbouring city, from 9:30 to 12:30. Meanwhile Reilly and Andy stayed back to weld for the morning. Following was the VBS which went exceptionally well; the kids had a blast in the lessons, crafts and games! There were a lot more older kids this time, which was a good turn out. To finish off our time at the church, we painted one last wall, and cleaned up.

For supper we went to this amazing hot dog place called "Lapa Lapa Hot Dogs" which everyone enjoyed. Continuing on with the evening, we went to a view point over Guaymas, where we spent some time in prayer for the city, and in worship. Then we went for a treat at Dairy Queen on the way back to San Carlos.

We would like to lift up Nikki Shaw, as she is in pain with her back, and isn't feeling very well.

Tomorrow we are going fishing in the morning, then handing out food hampers from door to door; we will also be going to a church service, where we will be participating in the church service, with a skit and some testimonies.
