Please take note:

·         New Members Class: Today, March 3 at 1:00 - 2:30 pm Pastor Dave will lead a class for anyone considering becoming a member of Cornerstone, or anyone wanting to learn more about membership (no obligation to become a member). A simple lunch will be provided. Please let Pastor Dave know if you are considering participating.

·         Annual Meeting March 4 @ 7 pm will include decisions on capital projects and the election of 3 elders (read bulletin insert).  If you cannot attend, see David Heide (825-2893) for proxy votes.

·         Ladies' Bible Study - Malachi:  A Love That Never Lets Go by Lisa Harper is on Monday @ 1p.m. & Thursday @ 7 p.m.  For more info call Helen at 204-873-2079 or email at lwall@mymts.net.

·         All guys wanting to play hockey come out to the Crystal City Arena on March 8th @ 7:30 p.m.  For more info talk to Brett.  The more the merrier.

·         Men’s Floor Hockey every other Wednesday at 8:13 p.m. Next one is on March 13th.  Be there MEN.  For more info talk to Brett.

·         On March 21-31 the Youth are planning on going on a mission’s trip to Mexico. In preparation for the trip they are doing some fundraising. Once again they are selling Spence gift cards and are also selling New Bothwell Cheese. If you are interested in buying a gift card or cheese please talk to one of the youth.

·         Faith Classes with Pastor Dave will begin after Easter. If you are contemplating baptism, or would just like to explore faith in Jesus, please talk to Pastor Dave or an elder. Note that participating in the classes does not obligate you to be baptized.

·         New Cornerstone Website: Pastor Scott has been building a new website for our church. It's still under construction, with some features not yet complete, but please check it out and use it (e.g. audio recordings of messages) and let the pastors and elders know what you think. ·         Please mark your calendars for the Tammie Head event,

       A Relationship of Delight - April 26th and 27th! $35 early     

       registration deadline, $50 thereafter. Registration forms and more

       information will be available soon! Also, anyone that would be

·         There are new books again in the library, lots of adult fiction for those who are looking for something new, as well as youth fiction. All the new books can be found on the desk, help yourself

·         Elder Meetings Summary: A summary of the January elder meetings is available on the back table (or ask Pastor Dave for more copies).

·         Anyone interested in receiving a newsletter from Raphael and Joanita Haeuser (serving with ATOS in Brazil) can add their name to a sheet on the table at the back of the sanctuary

·         Brochures with information about a tour to Israel hosted by Phil Wagler are on the table at the back of the sanctuary.

·         Women’s World Day of Prayer @ the Crystal City United Church on Monday, March 4^th @ 7:30 p.m.
