* Beth Moore’s “So Long, Insecurity” Pre-Simulcast Event on Tuesday, Feb. 2 at 1:00 p.m. at Cornerstone to prepare our hearts for the Simulcast on April 24
* Missionfest Manitoba Feb. 5-7 at Grant Memorial Church 877 Wilkes Avenue, Winnipeg. Speakers include: Pastor Lennett Anderson Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Upper Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia; John and Eloise Bergen Canadian missionaries who will share about their incredible and terrifying experiences in Kenya during 2008; and Michael and Rocky Beene Faith in Action Missionaries - Guatemala. * Annual Meeting - March 1, 2010. DUE TODAY … Nominations for elder board – Derek Friesen and David Heide’s terms on the elder board are up. Both Derek and David are eligible for re-election. Nomination Forms are available on the back table. Anyone who is a member at Cornerstone may submit a nomination. The person who is nominated for the position of elder must have been a member at Cornerstone for at least 2 years. Nominations should be handed to Leo Martens or Vern Reimer by Jan. 31/10.
