* TODAY – Prayer for the New Year – The sanctuary will be open for anyone to come and pray individually or in small groups during the day. At 7:00 p.m. – We will gather for Praise & Worship led by Andy Neufeld and a time of prayer as a church family.
* Ladies’ Bible Study – the final session in “A Heart Like His” on Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 1:15 p.m. and Thursday, Jan. 14 at 9:30 a.m.
* Church Calendars will be ready NEXT Sunday (January 17) so if you have any additions or changes to make (re: birthdays and anniversaries) please put them in Walter & Terri Smith’s mailbox today or e-mail them to Terri by Tuesday. There is a sign-up list at the back if you’d like to purchase a calendar. The cost is $15 and all profits will support our youth program.
* Soup/Sandwich Fellowship Lunch – Sunday, January 24 after the worship service. Bring sandwiches or buns, desserts, and beverages. A sign-up sheet to bring soup is at the back. (Marge Reimer’s group is in charge.)
* Church Cleaning – Volunteers needed for church cleaning. Sign-up calendar is on the bulletin board at the back.
* Membership class is being planned for Sunday, Feb. 7th at 9:30 am. Anyone interested in becoming a member please talk to Pastor Peter.
* Newsletter from Nathan Wall available at the back.
Annual Meeting - March 1, 2010
* Nominations for elder board – Derek Friesen and David Heide’s terms on the elder board are up. Both Derek and David are eligible for re-election. Nomination Forms are available on the back table. Anyone who is a member at Cornerstone may submit a nomination. The person who is nominated for the position of elder must have been a member at Cornerstone for at least 2 years. Nominations should be handed to Leo Martens or Vern Reimer by Jan. 31/10.
* Budget Proposals – Ministry leaders please hand in or email your budget proposals for 2010 to Leo Martens or Jim Unrau by Jan. 24/10
* Ministry Reports – Ministry Leaders please email your ministry reports for our annual meeting to Vern Reimer by Jan. 24/10.

* Jr. Youth Retreat – January 15-16 at CEFC. Meet at the Church Friday at 4:00. Will be back at the Church 5:30 on Saturday.
SR. + JR. Youth Tobogganing
* Sunday Jan 24th at Rogers near MacGregor. Will leave after the fellowship meal.
