* 24-Hour Prayer in 2009 – beginning the evening of January 8 and wrapping up with a Praise & Worship night on January 9. Please sign up for prayer times on the sign-up sheet at the back.
* Praise & Worship Night – Friday, January 9 – following the 24-Hour Prayer Focus – at 7:30 p.m. at the church. All are welcome!!
* Communion – Sunday, January 11 during the morning worship service.
* Ladies’ Bible Study – A study on Esther will start and Celebrate Recovery will continue on January 7. Please sign up for the study you are interested in on the sign-up sheets at the back.
* Fellowship Lunch – Sunday, January 18. Soup & Sandwich meal. Everyone bring sandwiches, deserts and drinks. Sign-up sheet at the back for 6 people to bring a large crock pot of soup. Linda Kimber’s group is in charge.

* Annual Meeting - 2009
- Tentative Date for Annual Meeting – Monday, February 23, 2009
- Ministry Reports – the chair-person of every committee should have a report for the annual meeting handed in to Vern Reimer by Jan 25.
- Elder Nominations: Vern Reimer’s term on the Elder Board will expire. He is eligible for re-election. Please fill out the nomination form and give it to John Smith or Leo Martens (members only). Elders must be members of Cornerstone for two years. Deadline for nominations is January 18th.
