* Evening Service – Sunday Nov. 30th at 7:00 p.m. This will be a service where we will worship the Lord, humble ourselves before Him and seek His face together confident that the two things the Lord cannot resist when He sees them in His people are humility and hunger. II Chron. 7:14 “If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” Come prepared to share Scriptures that have given you hope as you waited for God’s breakthroughs in your life.

* Annual Community Advent Service – Friday, November 28 at 7:30 p.m. at Mather Mennonite Fellowship.
* Cornerstone Christmas Banquet – Saturday, December 6 at 6:00 p.m. Feature: “The Christmas Post” – A Christmas musical by the SBC Drama Team.
-Sign-up sheets for food items are at the back. (Please sign up to bring food even if you are intending to come to the banquet.)
-Sign up on the sheet provided at the back for yourself and the guests you are bringing so the food committee knows how many people to prepare for.

* Oak Valley Announcements
- Oak Valley Fundraising Mediterranean Supper in celebration of the 10th season on Saturday, November 29th, at 5:30 p.m. at Manitou Opera House. Tickets are $16 and available by calling 242-3160. Coffee house to follow at 7:30 p.m.
- Volunteers Needed – Anyone willing to help with the serving at the Oak Valley Fundraising Banquet from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. please contact Joyce Falk.
Youth Announcements
SR. Youth
* Small Group Night – Tuesday, November 25th. No regular youth at church. Talk to your small group leader for details.
* Town-Wide Monopoly – November 27 at 7:30. Come to the church for a night of monopoly and some snacks/hangout time afterward. If you’ve never played town-wide monopoly, you’re going to want to try this out. A really good event to invite your friends!
* BU Girl – Wednesday, Dec. 3, from 5:00-9:00. Come for a fun night of pizza, chocolate fondue, discussion, small concert, manicures and more. Cost is $5.00. Bring your friends!!
* Saturday, December 6 – Serving at the Adult Christmas Banquet. Dress in black pants and white shirt. Be there at 5:00 p.m.
* Youth Christmas Banquet – Friday, December 19. Details to follow.
JR. Youth
* FUEL Night – December 10th from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
* Smugglers Run! Meet at the church at 7:34 on Saturday, November 29th. Invite your friends to one of the funnest night games you will ever play. Make sure to dress warm for the conditions.
* Junior Youth Christmas party – December 14 after church. Going swimming at Steinbach. Details to follow.
