·         Please note there will be no Sunday School Jan 6.  Classes will resume on Jan 13.

 ·         Elder nominations - We are seeking the Lord for 3 elders

                   4 year term (Vern Reimer)

                   3 year term (unfilled position)

                   1 year term (Derek Friesen - has resigned)

      Please discern and pray for our church leadership. Nomination forms  

      are at the back of the church.  Nominations open today and close    

      Feb. 5/13. Return the nomination forms to John Smith or David   

      Heide.

 

·         Begin the New Year with prayer: Starting on Wed January 9

            @ 7 pm, we want to pray to our Lord for 24 hours. Everyone is     

             encouraged to sign up to pray for 1/2 hour slots (or longer),

              concluding with a congregational prayer meeting Thurs evening

             January 10. Please talk to Pastor Dave if you want to arrange a

             particular prayer station, or offer ideas for prayer or worship times.

 

·         Phil Wagler is coming Feb 9-10: The author of Kingdom Culture (that Pastor Dave has been  
        teaching from) is coming to Cornerstone to speak and teach. You don't want to miss that   
        weekend.
