-Youth Retreat, June 27-29. Cost $25.00.
•The Bible Study (Who Switched off My Brain?): Monday @ 1:30 p.m. and Thursday @ 7 pm. If anyone wants to come just for the videos they are welcome as well
•Cornerstone has been asked to do a luncheon for the Crystal City Carnival on July 7 and as usual, we need your help. There is a sign-up sheet at the back and we ask that you help us by bringing the desserts listed. Thank you very much.
•A bridal shower for Sherry Maraci (Nathan Wall’s fiancée) will be held on July 6th at 7:30 p.m. at the church. Everyone welcome.
•Thank-you to all the teachers and helpers for the investment they made in our children and youth through teaching Sunday School and Kid's Club this past year. May God bless you.
•Please keep our Camps, Full time Camp Staff, and Camp Workers from our Church in your prayers, as they contribute an invaluable outreach to the campers that benefits us in immeasurable ways.
•Adult Sunday School: Its early but next season comes quickly. We are looking for anyone interested in leading Adult Sunday School for next fall. If you are interested, here is an opportunity to either try the whole year or maybe take a two month segment. Your help would be really appreciated. Please see David Heide or anyone of the Elder board if you are interested.
•Join the Prayer Choir: If you would like to receive occasional prayer requests from the pastors or the elders, either by email or by phone, please let Pastor Dave know (even if you have received prayer emails in the past). We need your confirmation to add you to choir. You can opt out any time.
•Vote for Domanique and Rebecca: Check out the videos they made for a history project online at: http://www.canadashistory.ca/Kids/YoungCitizens/Find-a-Young-Citizen.aspx and search for their name. Then vote for each of them if you would like to give them a chance to go to Ottawa and witness to the Governor General.
•Summer Hours: Remember that starting today, there will be no Sunday School and worship will begin at 10 am.
•``Thanks to Al and Tasha our church is being locked up every night. It would be very helpful if we could help them by letting them know if you are in church later in the evening that you`d lock up. The church is open Tues - Fri and on Sat and Mon if you need to get in the church you will need to find someone who has a key. Please leave the church locked on Sat and Mon if you are using it.
