- Membership meeting after the morning service to vote on the Youth Pastor position.
- Choir Practice for the 10th Anniversary Celebration after the morning service today.
* Youth Pastor – The Elder Board recommends that we hire Scott Reimer to fill the Youth Pastor position. A vote will be held after the morning service today.
* Choir Practice for the 10th Anniversary Celebration after the morning service today. There will be another practice next Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
* Tonite – Sunday, August 30 at 7:00 p.m. at Cornerstone. Hearing from God for the next 10 years. Contact Phil Friesen for more info.

* Bridal Shower for Becky Skocylas (bride-elect of Brett Reimer) on Friday, September 11 at 7:30 at the church.
* Ministry Opportunity – Anyone interested in taking the position of food coordinator for the church please contact Dorothy Martens.
* Camp workers who would like to apply for financial support need to get a form from David Heide or look on the table beside the mail boxes. Please complete the form and return it to David by Sept. 6.
* YFC the Rock is looking for volunteers for drop-in on Thursday nights in Pilot Mound from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Call Ryan Smith at 825-7522 for more information.

Come join us in celebration and thanksgiving to God for what He has done at Cornerstone these last ten years.
10:00 a.m. - Worship Service - Celebration & Thanksgiving at Cornerstone Ministries Church; Fellowship Lunch following at the church. (Bring salads, desserts and drinks.)
Afternoon & Evening Activities at the Crystal City Park
(Weather permitting; in case of rain, activities will be at the church.)
2:00 p.m. - Children’s Activities
4:00 – 5:30 p.m. - Music in the Park. (Baseball for those interested)
5:30 p.m. - Barbecue Supper
7:00 p.m. - Evening Concert with Cornerstone Youth Band, Improv Comedians Crosseyed Rascals from Wpg. and Jordan Janzen Band.
Please take note of the following for next Sunday …
* We will have a fellowship meal following the morning worship service. Being a special service we expect we will have guests for the fellowship meal and request that everyone from Cornerstone bring food accordingly – salads, desserts and beverages. Meat will be supplied. There’s a sign-up sheet for buns at the back. Linda Kimber’s group is in charge.
* If you have family members who were involved in Cornerstone in the past, please invite them and inform them of our Celebration activities.
* Bring lawn chairs and ball gloves for the afternoon.
